Co-founder of M&A Fusiones y Adquisiciones in 1988, he is primarily responsible for determining the viability of new transactions. Throughout his career, he has combined his role at the firm with responsibilities in the institutional economic sphere, serving as general director of the Círculo de Economía until 2019 and, more recently, as vice president of the think tank of the employers’ association Foment del Treball. He holds a degree in business sciences and an MBA from ESADE.
He joined M&A Fusiones y Adquisiciones in 1991. With previous experience in industrial organization, he has been an associate professor at ESADE since 1996, where he teaches company valuation and mergers and acquisitions. Author of the books “De directivo a empresario vía Management Buyout. Guía para directivos que desean adquirir una empresa” and “Creación de valor: 12 estrategias para duplicar el valor de una empresa en 4 años”.
He holds a degree in industrial engineering from the UPC, an MBA from ESADE and a PhD in business administration from ESADE.
He joined M&A Fusiones y Adquisiciones in 2015, after extensive business experience as CEO of Esade Creapolis; CEO of Planeta de Agostini; CEO of Estubroker Agencia de Valores; and Director of MEFF (the financial futures and options market), among others.
He holds a degree in industrial engineering from the UPC, an MBA from ESADE and an AMP from Harvard Business School.
Before joining M&A Fusiones y Adquisiciones in 2016, he worked as an executive at companies such as SANOFI, Fluidra, Le Creuset and everis/NTT data, among others. He is also an expert in the digital transformation of companies.

He joined M&A Fusiones y Adquisiciones in 2020, after several years as founder and CEO of commercial and e-commerce companies, and extensive experience as a senior organization and operations consultant for large companies such as Schneider Electric, Ono, General Cable and Maersk.
He holds a degree and an MBA from ESADE, with a specialization in information systems from the Indian Institute of Management at Bangalore.
He joined M&A Fusiones y Adquisiciones in 2021. He began his professional career as an entrepreneur, founding his own company, which he later sold to a multinational in the technology sector, joining it as an executive. Throughout his career he has held various positions of responsibility, including CEO of Sogeti España and COO of Capgemini España, among others, while also working with several NGOs.
He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the UPC and in Business Administration from ESADE.
After gaining experience organizing internal management and monitoring procedures, she joined M&A Fusiones y Adquisiciones in 2018, taking on the role of internal operations director.
