Metal stamping technologies

GRUPO AZPIARAN, with plants in the Basque Country, Mexico and Poland and dedicated to metal stamping, acquired a majority stake in MIGÓ CIRUANA GRUP, the parent company of Talleres Maugo, Matricería R. Migó and Maugo Poland. The sellers cashed in the value of their shares and remain involved with the firm, while the buyers consolidate their position in the market.
